Tender and Sales ManagerJob SummaryDay Rate: FlexibleLocation: Spain (office)Duration: Full-timeMob Date: ASAPSector: Renewable energyPoint of Contact: RayslaContact Phone: Job Reference Number: SA Operations specializes in the recruitment of highly skilled professionals for offshore and onshore projects in the maritime, offshore, and energy industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the inquiry‑to‑order process and prepare high‑quality proposals until contract award.Identify new leads in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.Sort through potential business opportunities and present the most pertinent ones to the Go/No decision committee.Define the winning commercial strategy for each opportunity, including risk assessment.Coordinate multifunctional teams (Operations, Purchasing, Legal, Finance) to develop comprehensive commercial and technical proposals.Define the winning pricing strategy while maximizing project profitability.Present proposals to management and obtain approvals to release bids.Draft and negotiate commercial and technical terms until contract award.Ensure proposal deadlines are met and hand over to the execution team after contract signing.Integrate cost‑efficient solutions with the Head of Geophysics, Geotechnics, and Purchasing Manager.Incorporate lessons learned from previous executions.Participate in trade shows, conferences, and related business events.Continuously improve cost estimates and risk assessment tools.Perform other related tasks as assigned.Candidate ProfileMaster’s degree in Business Administration or engineering.5‑year track record managing project proposals or leading business development, preferably within the Marine Survey industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Fluent English (required); Spanish desired; French a plus.Thorough understanding of Marine Survey operations (equipment, vessel, offshore personnel, data processing, and reporting).Strong interpersonal, influential, and communication skills.Business acumen and meticulous cost elaboration and risk assessment.Strong contract‑management expertise (terms and conditions).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.Customer‑oriented and willing to travel as needed.Continuous improvement mindset.Good work ethic, communication skills, and attitude.Applications are accepted by contacting Raysla via email at or phone at .#J-18808-Ljbffr
