**The Role**:
As an Office Manager, you will have an integral focus on three key areas**:front desk, administrative human resources tasks, and VP assistance.** You will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting daily administration, and coordinating project logistics. A proactive, independent, and multifunctional profile is required, with the ability to continuously improve processes and the work environment.

**We need**:

- Minimum of **5 years of experience** as an Office Manager, handling both** office management and HR operations tasks.**:

- Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring organization, maintenance, and efficient functioning of the reception area for a **team of 40 people.**:

- **Assist the CEO**with daily operations, manage schedules, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks.
- Coordinating **daily tasks**:schedules, meetings, and travel for teams and directors.
- **Organizing internal events and team activities**, both in-person and virtual.
- Controlling **office budgets** and handling related **invoices**and **payments**.
- Supporting the management of the **employee lifecycle,** including documentation, record-keeping, leave requests, vacations, ensuring legal compliance.
- Coordinating employee onboarding, ensuring a **smooth and effective integration experience.**:

- Collaborating in the implementation of** wellness and organizational culture** initiatives.

**What we expect from you**:

- **+5 years of experience** in digital enviroment, Start-ups or Agencys (Marketing or similar).
- Strong skills in managing administrative and organizational processes, with the ability to **coordinate multiple tasks.**:

- Experience in event coordination and logistics (digital event experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of **labor laws and HR practices.**:

- **Proactive**attitude, **problem-solving** skills, and the ability to work in a** dynamic and agile environment.**:

- Excellent **communication**skills, English and Spanish both verbal and written. Catalan is a plus.
- Ability to **work independently** and in a team while maintaining an organized and positive environment.
- **“Hands-on” approach,** willing to be directly involved in all operational tasks.
