**What are we looking for?** We are looking for a Agile Coach to Contribute to our Agile Team as well as digital capabilities and frameworks strategy by engaging organization on agile culture within the company, providing to teams agility and autonomy, reducing the time-to-market and reinforcing best practices. Your day-to-day will be the following: - Provide hands-on coaching, Influence and change behaviors and Remove obstacles. - Coach other teams across the organization to develop organizational maturity. - Define and implement metrics to demonstrate business value delivered from the adoption of agile practices. - Knowledge on DevOps: definition, analysis and operational perspective. - Lead the Portfolio Implementation and facilitate adoption of Agile Practices across a program. **What do we need?** - DevOps background is desirable. - Multiple project experience, client exposure and consultant skills, presentation or dealing with customer representatives - 3+ years’ experience in driving large scale Agile Transformation from design to implementation - 5+ years’ experience in a customer facing, hands-on delivery role, working with or within Agile teams to deliver significant business value. - A track record of training and coaching teams and individuals at various levels (product management, design thinking, lean, and Agile). - Extensive knowledge of Agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban or XP; DevOps concepts and familiar with frameworks such as BDD or TDD and strategies for Agile at scale, such as portfolio planning. - Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation skills. - Working knowledge of best practices in user-centered design like user research, hypothesis-driven development, prototyping, usability testing. - Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture group, Program Managers, Product Owners, etc. to on-board/off-board Enterprise Architects into a team for the first few sprints - Presentation & Communication skills - Team work & collaboration skills **For being from Zurich** At Zurich we want to take care of you and these are some of your benefits: - Flexible compensation. - Restaurant card. - Home office voucher. - Flexwork: 20 hours a week to work where and when you want. - Pension plan - Life insurance. - Bank and insurance offer. - Discount in gyms. - Zurich Wellness, sports activities. - Zurich Sports Club, free registration for marathons and popular races. - Free English classes. **About us** Our nearly 55,000 employees in more than 215 countries and territories are the foundation of our success.
