We’re looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join the global office of the CIO, forming a key part of the newly established Portfolio Excellence Team, to guide the BITS product lines and value streams on their transformation journey. Your main objective will be acting as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement, to drive better performance and sustainable value delivery. You will need to identify, leverage and contribute to best practices and lessons learned.

**Job Description**:
What you'll do:

- Be an “agent of change”, working closely with BITS (Business Information and Technology Services) managers to increase the organisation’s business agility by inspiring and influencing others
- Work with the BITS teams to define, adopt, embed and master their new way of working in order to drive better performance and sustainable value delivery
- Iteratively design and improve the Lean Portfolio Management model, based on delivery learnings
- Train and guide BITS teams on Agile & Lean best practices to help drive outcomes that encourage personal, team and organisation growth and learning
- Ensure Agile & Lean values and principles, practices and tools are embedded in the BITS organisation, by coaching, teaching and mentoring staff on an Agile mindset
- Facilitate and instill a continuous improvement mindset to help people and teams be empowered, self-sufficient and high-performing
- Maintain mínimal viable guardrails, standards, common procedures within BITS to ensure harmonised teamwork and smooth collaboration across BITS, i.e. consistent work-breakdown, prioritisation or reporting

Qualifications**
Who you are**:

- Experience in guiding large IT Agile transformations and/or delivery initiatives- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and portfolio management tools (ideally Planview)
- Excellent coaching skills; experience coaching Agile Teams, as well as people such as Scrum Masters, Product Owners and managers
- Ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility across BITS, Finance and the Business functions
- Technical and business level English is a must
- Have a positive team-player spirit, which benefits both groups and individuals
