**The Role**:
You will be a part of a Human Resources team working on diverse projects and tasks supporting our HR Manager and IT Recruiter in our Barcelona office. This includes:

- Work with all HR tools/ATS and keep the data up to date
- Assisting in the onboarding process and coming up with new ideas for improvement
- Preparation of all administrative paperwork
- Working closely with HR on improvement of current HR processes, procedures and strategies
- Being the first point of contact for our employees to deal with any requests
- Coordination of any training, courses, workshops and looking for potential ones
- Helping HR to work on people development process, competency model, retention strategy, etc
- Contribute to the hiring processes and procedures, employer branding and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively.
- Helping with day-to-day office operation tasks
