We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative based on the Costa del Sol ️ who is driven by working with customer support. Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Then this position might be for you

**Job Assignments**:

- You will be part of a collaborative and energetic team that supports each other, shares knowledge, and keeps the energy up
- You listen carefully to each customer, uncover what truly matters to them, and offer tailored support that feels both relevant and reliable
- You work with clear goals in mind, track your performance, and use insights to grow and improve continuously

**Requirements**:

- You’re fluent in Finnish and comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written
- You’re confident navigating digital tools and have experience using customer support or CRM platforms
- You enjoy taking initiative, managing your own workflow, and staying organized - but you also thrive in a team where collaboration is key
- ️ You have a few years of experience in customer-facing roles - whether that’s in sales, support, or retention, preferably in a dynamic setting
- You have the ability to turn everyday conversations into genuine connections, making others feel understood, and communicating with clarity and ease
