**Position**:
EMEA BTO Business Analyst Associate Manager

**What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?**
- Planning, managing, and controlling the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment
- Managing staff of business analysts by insuring the respect of tasks and documents quality and respect of deadlines (User Stories, Refinements, UAT etc.)
- Follow-up the Business Analysts targets against the whole DaVinci program planning or any other program that can be assign to the team
- Organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams (sales/Ops/Compliance & potentially Finance domains)
- Developing metrics that provide data for process improvement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Performing regular reviews with the Business stakeholders and the BTO management on your team project assignments
- Measuring performance against business requirements, aligning improvement to performance shortfalls
- Providing consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance inside the BTO organization

**What Are We Looking For?**
- 5 years of related experience
- Previous experience in people management
- Previous experience in project management
- Fluent English
- Great communication and analytical skills
