**As the new Customer Service Benelux your main duties will be, but not limited**:

- Process clients' orders
- Invoicing
- Credit Controller
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist and solve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

**Qualifications and talents**:

- Extremely detailed oriented
- Experience as B2B Customer Service Benelux or similar CS role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Proeficiency with Excel
- Native Dutch, French and English C1.
- With previous experience in a CS environment and a real passion for the Beauty Industry.
