Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

- Experience in successfully owning the localization of large or complex projects from start to finish

They will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with mínimal guidance or supervision. They will be comfortable in finding solutions to make the best use of the technical tooling. Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement programs through automation, simplification or innovation
- Develop project plans, manage multiple projects and priorities
- Analyze project risk, and define mitigation actions
- Change management piece: conduct UAT (user acceptance test), adoption and adaptation (ensuring that every time we add a new automation feature, ramifications are addressed - for example, when a new feature is to be added to one of the team’s tools, prepare related systems and tools for the upcoming change too and ensure seamless switch-over)
- Document new or improved processes and facilitate the preparation of new SOPs according to the changes in the processes, and conduct training sessions.

A day in the life
- Knowledge of improvement schemes such as Kaizen, six Sigma, Agile and other data-driven approaches to eliminating defects
- Knowledge on translation management system and Translation workflow.
