IT Service Manager Telecomunicaciones

Se requiere incorporación de un Service Manager con experiência de 2 a 3 años en Operadores de Telecomunicaciones:
**Entre otras, sus principales responsabilidades serían**:

- Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del servicio en el área de telecomunicaciones.
- Gestionar el contrato con los clientes Gran Cuenta una vez provisionado el Servicio-solución fijo y móvil.
- Colaboración con otras áreas para dar la solución requerida por el cliente.
- Contacto directo con cliente y operador de telefonía para garantizar la calidad del servicio contratado, gestionando y asegurando todos los aspectos contractuales relativos al servicio.
- Reporte de KPIs. Seguimiento y cálculo de SLAs.
- Elaboración de informes de seguimiento de servicio.
- Gestión de incidencias.
- Analizar las auditorías para mejoras del servicio.

**Competencias requeridas**:

- Alta orientación al cliente.
- Responsable, autónomo y con buena organización del trabajo
- Capacidad de planificación, proactividad e innovación
- Capacidad para ser resolutivo ante imprevistos
- Técnicas de gestión de servicio en cuentas de cliente
- Buenos conocimientos de Office (Excel, Access,..)

Deseable conocimiento de herramientas de Gestión (Oceane, Plazza, Netprofile, Remedy )

**Cualificación académica y experiência**:

- Formaciones de Grado Superior orientadas a IT ó Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o similar (informática, electrónica.)
- Se valorará experiência en gestión de servicios para clientes de Grandes Cuentas
- Se valorarán conocimientos de Equipos de Telecomunicaciones, equipos finales de cliente

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa

Salario: Hasta 28.000,00€ al año
