**About Customer Experiences**:
The Customer Experiences is the epicenter of HP's executive engagement strategy. Our organization prioritizes ensuring that customers and partners have the best experience when visiting one of our Customer Welcome Centers (CWCs) across the globe. The Customer Experiences team is dynamic and international and offers a supportive environment for continuous learning and professional growth.
As an Operations Lead, your role encompasses a dual function. Firstly, you will assume the responsibilities of a finance controller, supervising the management of individual budgets across different teams. You will consolidate these figures to track and maintain overall budget accuracy. Secondly, you will be collaborating with the Innovation manager to help drive the operability of projects in that area. We are looking for someone with a strong finance foundation, analytical proficiency, and excellent project management skills.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
**Finance Controller**
- Review the formulation of quarterly financial forecasts by the different teams to ensure these are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
- Establish regular internal controls to verify that each team's individual budget aligns with financial guidelines and goals.
- Coordinate and manage internal invoicing checks, addressing any issues with the different teams and ensuring that the corresponding corrective actions are implemented.
- Every quarter, consolidate the budget figures of the different teams to track and guarantee financial accuracy.
**Innovation Project Management**
- Effectively establish and maintain processes for managing project scope, tasks, and timelines, ensuring precision and alignment with objectives.
- Employ an analytical approach to scrutinize projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively mitigating potential risks.
- Facilitate project meetings to ensure productivity and success.
- Oversee and coordinate vendor task execution as needed.
- Track and report on project progress while escalating issues as needed, ensuring their timely resolution.
**_ Education and Experience Required_**
- Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, or marketing field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a related role.
- Strong foundation in project management is a must.
- Proven experience with budget management.
- Experience with experiential customer engagement programs, event marketing or event production is a plus.
**_ Knowledge and Skills_**
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Agility in handling both strategic and tactical tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and drive consensus.
- Capacity to work with remote teams from different cultures and across time zones.
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
