**Talent Acquisition & Process Automation Expert**
The new territory mission is to align HR-Recruitment activities across entities through the creation of a Staffing Platform, to facilitate talent retention and mobility. A stronger cooperation of the entities are key elements for the group growth and the building of an integrated One Bank in Spain.
**Responsibilities**
- Roll out process improvements and manage recruitment projects, which contribute to the success of the recruitment team. Set up recruiting AUTOMATION PROCESSES to eliminate inefficiencies and improve the team’s productivity.
- Act as a Talent Advisor: provide outstanding guidance to Hiring Managers to shape their talent needs.
- Experience in Sourcing Techniques (Social Media, Boolean Search, X-ray, etc.)
- Feel comfortable with data and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient (Recruitment Metrics and KPI´s).
- Boost Internal Mobility of BNP Paribas employees through a proactive approach.
- Work independently and as part of a team, motivated by own drive and enthusiasm.
- Inquisitive; a strong desire to learn new things and think out of the box.
**Tools**
Implement efficient digital tools integrated with other HR system/solution, in order to optimize end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a seamless employee experience (Taleo).
