At ROADIS, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager of H&S to lead and manage our toll road operations. This critical role will ensure compliance with international standards, such as ISO 45001, and local health and safety legislation in the countries where we operate. You will be responsible for implementing preventive measures, conducting audits, leading employee training processes, and developing a KPI reporting system to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization. **Key responsabilities**: - Compliance with ISO 45001: Ensure rigorous compliance with ISO 45001 across all operations by overseeing its proper implementation and adjusting occupational H&S processes as necessary. - Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all operations comply with local legislation in Mexico, India and Europe. - Risk Management: Assess workplace risks and develop mitigation strategies, identifying and controlling potential hazards in daily operations to promote a safe work environment for all employees and contractors. - Health and Safety Training: Design and execute training programs for employees with a focus on accident prevention and emergency management. - Internal and External Audits: Conduct periodic h&s audits to elevate compliance with internal standards and coordinate external audits for ISO 45001 certification and local regulations. - KPI Reporting System Development: Design, implement and manage the company’s H&S KPI reporting system, providing key data for decision-making and continuous improvement. - Incident Management: Oversee and coordinate the investigation of workplace incidents, analyzing causes and proposing corrective measures to prevent future incidents. - Safety Culture Promotion: Foster a proactive safety culture through internal campaigns, awareness programs, and recognition initiatives, encouraging participation from all levels of organization. - **Interdepartmental Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments to ensure the policies are applied across all areas of the company. **About you**: - University degree in Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Willingness to travel: Availability to travel for at least two weeks per month to Roadis assets worldwide. - Certification in ISO 45001 - In-depth knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation in Mexico, India, or Europe. - Experience in conducting internal and external H&S audits. - Ability to develop and deliver training on health and safety topics. - Experience in designing and analyzing health and safety KPIs. - Capability to manage teams and lead multidisciplinary projects. **In exchange to your commitment, we offer**: At Roadis, we strive to offer a variety of benefits prioritizing the well-being and professional development of our team: - Daily food cash - credit card - Remote work opportunities (1 day per week - easy working program 2024) - Unlimited access to our online learning platform and other amazing opportunities for your professional development - Wellness activities - Roadis benefits discounts on a wide range of products - Organization and Team events - And much more We strongly believe in hiring for diversity, and we want to hire people who display strong potential.
