Health and Safety Manager Amazon Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Role Overview As Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager at an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, you will drive safety improvements onsite and regionally, fostering a culture of safety and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities Manage the health and safety function at the FC, supervising staff to achieve objectives. Lead collaborative health and safety projects across operations sites. Provide guidance on health & safety matters to stakeholders. Audit and continuously improve health & safety arrangements. Plan work systems to reduce risks and recommend adaptations to plant, machinery and processes. Ensure robust reporting regimes for H&S statistics. Deliver management information and statistics related to the area of responsibility. Support business change through effective change management processes within the fast paced FC environment. Drive behavioural culture change programme across a large, complex multi‑shift operation. Implement and review company global safety policies ensuring local legislative requirements are met.
