We are currently involved into projects aimed to provide software solutions for international and institutional customers, ensuring the correct execution of the assigned projects and the quality of the products delivered.

**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

In our team you will **manage **effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
- Establish and manage project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and business goals
- Assure and control quality of the project deliverables
- Identifie, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project
- Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
- Assign and control the tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivate project team members
- Plan and control project products delivery processes
- Manage effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project
- Produce project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Define the responsibilities of parties involved in the project
- Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and project presentations
- Organize and conduct project meetings

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

We are looking for **experts in Project Management **with **background and interest in Software development**
- At least 1st cycle of higher education in Computer Science or Engineering
- PRINCE2 or PMP
- Fluent in English
- Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
- Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations
