**Your Role**: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multifaceted investment projects from conception through completion for a Biotech manufacturing plant. This role will not only involve traditional project management aspects but also be part of the Team that will define the scope, basic design, financial analysis, and all documentation to register and approve the project. You will manage and oversee complex investment projects in a Biotech manufacturing plant, from initiation to successful completion. You will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. You will coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met, conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or bottlenecks that arise during project execution. You will monitor project progress, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. You will ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and smooth project implementation. You will prepare and present project reports, including financial analysis and performance metrics, to senior management.

**Who you are**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar. PMP certification is highly recommended.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in a Biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience in a pharmaceutical environment is highly recommended.
- You possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- You are fluent in Spanish and fluent in English.
