We are looking for a **SCRUM MASTER** to join our Tech Team.

What will you do?
- You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks
- You will guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value
- You will be a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality - whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove them
- You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict
- You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions
- You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed
- You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community
- You will work in an international environment with a diverse team

**What you will need**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team
- Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
- Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
- Very good command of the English language and fluency in German
