**Description**:
As a Marketing Coordinator, based in our Barcelona office, your role will concentrate on the organisational and detail oriented aspects of the department’s function, often acting as the liaison between Marketing, vendors and other departments in the company. You will provide direct support to the Marketing Manager in rolling out all international communication plans according to strategy, budget and corporate brand guidelines, as well as participate in and harmonisation of messaging, content marketing and media production (across languages).

The Marketing Coordinator position is not only key to correct international brand dissemination but also to ensuring best internal service levels in terms of quality, efficiency, clarity and fast turnarounds from the Marketing team. As such, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager, working closely and collectively and with the support of the team to reach these goals (help maintain the company’s brand, deliver our messaging, achieve our objectives and ensure standards).

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise large
- and small-scale hospitality events / HR events
- Organise market conferences/ sponsorship participations / exhibitions: hands-on coordination, including price negotiations, contracts, stand purpose, design, foot traffic analysis, collating of pre and post intelligence, production of pre and post promotions and internal reporting post event.
- Media bookings and coordination of copywriting/editing/proofreading and design efforts.
- Maintain media relations (thought-content and advertisement placements - online or print)
- Social Media updates and analysis
- Website updates, editions, communication improvements
- Set up good practices for brand harmonisation across all communications
- Oversee document production and formatting (internal and external pieces)
- Liaise and organise the good production of our basic collateral library and supervise its maintenance thereafter
- Liaise and organise the good production of our basic PPT library and supervise its maintenance thereafter
- Xmas promotional coordination and other promotional direct (e)-mailings and efforts
- Maintain a well-organised client database
- Collaboration on other projects as they enter the department
- Marketing research

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in, and high level of written English and Spanish, any other language would be an asset
- Degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
