We are looking for an experienced, data-driven **Marketing & Sales Coordinator **to join our Team in Barcelona, Spain.
**Here’s a little taste of your challenge**:
**Marketing content.**
- Manage local newsletters: Customer base communications, prospects, partners.
- Ensure regional strategy is integrated with central flows.
- Support our direct sales team with the creation of adhoc marketing materials.
- Translations management.
**Marketing digital - Social Media campaigns.**
- Work with local PR agency and central teams to brainstorm and define tailored-made campaigns.
**Design activities.**
- Manage creativities and assets requests with central Design / Webdev team (e.g. banners, videos, Ads, infographics, landing pages ).
**CRM reportings & campaigns.**
- Support Sales Team in administrative tasks and CRM training by being a Salesforce super user and the person-to-go-to when any doubt.
- Create reports and dashboards of campaigns’ performance in order to analyse results and facilitate campaigns follow up by sales representatives, supporting potential strategy readjustment when required.
**Partner communication.**
- Work in collaboration with partner managers in order to support Iberia partners channel, supporting them regarding commission results, admin topics, communication and so on.
- Take ownership of managing updates on dedicated partner portal.
**Admin tasks: vendors, PO, goodies purchasing.**
**Train new hires in Corporate tools, processes and policies.**
**Events management support.**
**Who are you?**
There is no set route to become a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Webfleet. But to be successful in this position, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
- 2 years of experience covering a comparable role.
- Data reporting, administrative and writing skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills with a strong command of Spanish as well as good English proficiency.
- Hands on experience with marketing automation software will be a plus.
- You are a proactive person with project management skills.
- You are ambitious, enjoy working hard and want to be part of an established technology company that is one of the global leaders in its rapidly growing sector.
