- Experience leading planning and analysis for large organizations
Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders
- Excellent English and Spanish language skills

AWS is seeking a talented Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join the growing, fast-paced Iberia SSOE team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the exciting space of the Amazon Web Services.

We're looking for a detailed, motivated, and structured person to partner with the Iberia Leadership teams to define, land and execute against our strategic priorities for the business.

This is a high visibility role, that will be responsible for supporting the rhythm of the business activities and working with the SSOE Area Lead on the day-to-day execution of the business including defining the long term strategic priorities, managing the business cadence, and providing reporting and insights to the Business Leads.

You should be excited about working with data, be driven to dive deep, and passionate about collaborating with Data Scientists, BI Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Sales Leadership and Sales Operations teams.

What you will do:

- Shape the strategy to align with AWS Iberia priorities, providing executive sponsorship to program-manage the end to end delivery of the initiatives, in coordination with Partner, Marketing, Finance, SAs and Sales teams.
- Develop key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
- Partner closely with Sales Operations Leads to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization.
- Develop relationships and work with sales, partner, marketing, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases.
- Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables to meet and exceed the Sales Operations team expectations.
- Lead the local planning process and run the operational cadence of activities, such as Quarterly and Monthly business reviews, 2x2s, Segmentation, Territory/Account Planning, Operational Planning 1-2 and Offsite strategy workshops.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on key strategic projects as needed.
- Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of sales systems and processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and its revenue attainment and market development objectives.
- Provide insights via external market research and deep dive including the in country macro-economic issues and opportunities. Evaluate and research various data sets to provide deep insights and recommendations; prepare ad hoc analysis as needed. Provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify, develop and propose new metrics.
- Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, owning the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team, to improve Sales Excellence and productivity.
