**Job Description**:
As a Business Operations Intern - Pharma, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial team and contributing to the success of our Pharma division. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key Tasks:
- Conduct thorough market research to gather insights and analyze market trends to inform key customer decision-making.
- Provide support in internal pricing reviews to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Maintain customer data base updated and contribute to identification of new prospects and strategic collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain tactical and business at risk data bases updated and support Sales Rep and BD in identifying additional tactical opportunities.
- Actively promote webinars, conferences, and other relevant events to increase brand awareness and engage our target audience.
- Assist in executing the marketing plan to drive brand visibility and enhance our market presence.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of key industry events, ensuring smooth logistics and maximizing the impact of our participation.
- Engage in internal monitoring of relevant performance indicators.
- Engage in internal reporting tasks to provide accurate and timely updates on business performance.
- Undertake various ad-hoc tasks to support the Pharma commercial team in achieving their goals.

- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
