**Training through practical experience**:
The Business Analysis Intern of CDI will assist the team by giving his/her support in key projects happening in the organization (with stakeholder management, preparing reports and presentations ), this will help him/her having visibility across CDI and Clinical Operations function teams (these teams are very near the therapeutic areas), as well as functions beyond Clinical Operations (functions present in the Barcelona Global Hub, for example). This person will also be able to analyze operational data to propose insights, having the opportunity of understanding AZ clinical trials landscape.
**Requirements**:
- Last year of Engineering / Economics / Business / Life Sciences or quantitative degree with analytical exposure (master’s degree student, focused on analytics or business, would be desirable).
- Exposure or interest on management consulting, strategy consulting, project management and/or life sciences industry would be nice to have.
- Good analytical skills (problem solving, critical thinking, good communication ).
- Good level of soft skills (presentations and stakeholder management).
- Basics on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (be able to prepare a slide deck, represent data in a graph ).
- Power BI user knowledge would be nice to have.
