**Company Description** The Director of Business System Analysis is a critical member of the Business Systems senior leadership team who is accountable for defining the vision for the business systems analysis function and executing on it. - Define and build Business Systems Analysis function within Dynatrace’s Business Systems team - Establish team’s operating and engagement model, including processes and procedures - Coach, mentor, hire team of Business Systems analysts - Lead with driving company culture dedicated to customer first focus - Establish teams goals and define Metrics for Continuous Improvement - Develop partnerships with key business stakeholders, lead with thought - Led the effort underway to Mature Agile scrum within Business System Delivery teams - Stay current on trends in Business Systems Analysis, Agile, DevSecOps and bring perspectives into team - Be innovative, think Automation first and lean processes at every opportunity - Develop capacity management to support current and future demand **Qualifications** - 10+ years’ experience transforming Business Systems Analysis function within Corporate IT environment - 8-10 years’ experience with Agile Scrum methodology; proven experience with helping team to adopt the agile way of working - Proven experience delivering Customer value using Automation in a high growth company - Working knowledge of IT controls, including SOX, GDPR< HIPPA - Experience leading initiatives focused on agility, quality and customer satisfaction. - Team player, you are passionate in team collaboration and can work across multiple Dynatrace organizations to deliver outstanding customer service **Additional Information** - A **one-product software company** creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly. - Working with the** latest technologies** and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research. - Working models that offer you the **flexibility you need**, ranging from remote options to hybrid ones **combining home and in-office work**. - A team that thinks outside the box welcomes unconventional ideas, and **pushes boundaries.** - An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and **allows you to grow.** - A globally unique and** tailor-made career development program** recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals. - A **truly international mindset** with Dynatracers from different countries & cultures all over the world, and English as the corporate language that connects us all - A culture that is being shaped by the **diverse** personalities, expertise, and backgrounds of our global team.
