We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Portfolio Manager** to join our team at UNITH. As the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our portfolio of projects and project managers, ensuring successful delivery and maximizing client satisfaction. You will play a key role in coordinating project resources, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals align with business objectives. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to the team of Project Managers under your supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall portfolio of projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving potential issues and risks.
- Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports on portfolio status to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to conversational AI.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management, is preferred.
