**About ROCCO**
ROCCOs mission is to drive Innovation through independent research and insights in the roaming and Interconnect Industry.

ROCCO was founded in 2012 by Jason Bryan, and since then has grown to provide Research, Consultancy and Training services focussing on the Roaming & Interconnect functions of the telecom industry. ROCCO has also been appointed to manage operations of Innovative Operators.

**About INNOVATIVE OPERATORS**:
Innovative Operators, IO for short, is an Accelerator Programme exclusively for Mobile Network Operators with the objective of driving Innovation and education within the Roaming and Interconnect industry.

**About this role**
The role holder will be responsible for:

- Supporting the ROCCO and IO Marketing leads in completing agreed activities.
- Supporting the execution of various events for ROCCO and IO.
- Supporting the team in running meetings for IO.
- Support the ROCCO U lead with the platform administration and content creation.

**Your responsibilities**
COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT:

- Support the creation of presentation packs for meetings.
- Co-ordinate with IO members and clients for events and meetings.
- Plan and organize the content and agenda for on and off site events and webinars.
- Editing and onboarding of courses on the Virtual Campus.
- Carry out specific tasks as allocated during specific projects or events.

MARKETING:

- Ensure all sales and marketing collateral is up to date.
- Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company’s website and social media pages.
- Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters.
- Oversee end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including graphic design (image, video, audio), content creation, and launching campaigns across multiple platforms (websites, Mailing, and social media such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and SoundCloud).
- Carry out marketing/promotion tasks as agreed with the Marketing lead.
- Recording and editing promotional and corporate videos, interviews, and training courses.
- Attend industry events and serve as a focal point for communications between the company and clients, generating new leads.

**Your skills & experience**
- Fluent in English. (Both verbal and written, equivalent to at least C1 level).
- Skilled and experienced content creator.
- Organisation skills, with ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Self-driven and motivated with ability to work independently.
- Customer centric.
- Creative thinker able to create solutions.
- Passionate about quality and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Broad understanding of commercials.
- Curious mind that is always embrace the amazing world of telecoms and what exciting and interesting topics it can bring

**Other considerations**:

- You will report to the CEO of ROCCO Strategy with a dotted line to the CEO of Research.
- International travel may be required from time to time to attend events.
- ROCCO headquarters at El Puerto Santa Maria, Spain. However working from home may be considered on request from time to time.
- Full time, with standard business hours.
