**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
The role holder will be responsible for:
- Supporting the end to end operation, planning and development of ROCCO U.
- Supporting the team for marketing co-ordination.
- Supporting the team with specific duties during ROCCO events.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Product Management**:
- Supporting the development of the ROCCO U course roadmap.
- Ensure relevant courses are added at regular intervals to the ROCCO U platform.
- Be single point of contact for external lecturers.
- Be the operational contact for interns working on ROCCO U courses.
- Be the single point of contact for customers to answer any queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Editing and onboarding of courses on the Virtual Campus.
- Ensure all sales and marketing collateral is up to date.
- Ensure website is up to date.
- Marketing and promotion of ROCCO U and courses on it.
**Marketing**:
- Oversee end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including graphic design (image, video, audio), content creation, and launching campaigns across multiple platforms (websites, Mailing, and social media such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and SoundCloud).
- Plan and organize the content and agenda for on-site events and webinars
- Carry out marketing/promotion tasks as agreed with the Marketing lead.
- Carry out specific tasks as allocated during specific projects or events.
- Recording and editing promotional and corporate videos, interviews, and training courses.
- Attend industry events and serve as a focal point for communications between the company and clients, generating new leads.

**Other considerations**:
- International travel may be required from time to time
- Salary according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement
- ROCCO headquarters at El Puerto Santa Maria, Spain. However working from home may be considered on request from time to time
