Je weet precies hoe je potentiële klanten moet overtuigen en beschikt over onnavolgbare commerciële vaardigheden. Gaat er een belletje rinkelen? Dan hebben we jou nodig als onze nieuwe Online Learning Consultant.
De uitdaging.
Jij zorgt ervoor dat de agenda’s van onze accountmanagers uitpuilen van de afspraken. Hoe? Door organisaties en potentiële klanten telefonisch warm te maken voor GoodHabitz. Niet met snelle praatjes en lege woorden, maar met stimulerende, inhoudelijke gesprekken.
Je ongeëvenaarde commerciële vaardigheden helpen je om tal van leads te genereren. Met ons unieke product draag je bovendien bij tot de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van miljoenen werknemers over heel Europa.
**Requirements**:
Jij.
Je bent dol op targets, telefonische koude acquisitie en het vastleggen van nieuwe afspraken. Kortom: je bent een echte Online Learning Consultant, en daar ben je trots op Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, dien je over de volgende eigenschappen te beschikken:
Wat je sowieso kunt.
- Je empathisch vermogen helpt je om mensen serieus te nemen, te anticiperen op elk mogelijk bezwaar en maakt van jou een aangenaam persoon om mee te praten.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en praat nooit zonder inhoud.
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en verliest het commerciële aspect nooit uit het oog.
- Je laat je niet ontmoedigen door tegenslagen, groot of klein.
Dit zijn pluspunten.
- Je hebt enige affiniteit met ICT en/of online leren.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
