The intern will contribute to development projects and advance best practices.

**This Internship is based in Barcelona**

**Your mission**:
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will play a support role in collaborating with the sales teams and Sales Ops Director. He/she must be comfortable working on sales performance reporting, collating information related to sales activities and performance, supporting the Head of Sales Operations with ad-hoc analysis and, data integrity and reporting requirements.

**You Will**:

- Manage data integrity of our CRM, Salesforce
- Perform maintenance on Sales rep account lists and territories in Salesforce
- Provide analysis, create reports, and build dashboards to bring insights to sales reps and sales leaders

**Skills and requirements**:

- Experience manipulating large **datasets with Microsoft Excel **(can perform complex functions)
- Experience working with Salesforce data, Dashboards and reports, would be a big plus
- Good **analytical**, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are **a must**:

- Desire to contribute and improve the design of new and existing processes
- Self-motivated with a high desire for action and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve

**Nice to have :)**
- Student/Graduate of Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Data Science
