Albelli-Photobox group comprises of albelli, monalbumphoto, fotoknudsen, onskefoto, photobox, PosterXXL, Hofmann.Develop your skills in digital marketing and the e-commerce sector in a fun, dynamic and multicultural environment in our Barcelona WeWork office About the mission Within the CRM Operations team, you will join a team of 7 people. You will be in charge of building customer loyalty for all of our markets and brands.You will help the team implement and analyze email marketing campaigns that drive customer value and drive growth. We give you the opportunity to learn all the secrets of email marketing, working with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural e-commerce environment. Primary tasks Creation, testing, sending, analysis and reporting of email marketing campaigns for all our brands and all our European markets Creation of promotions and landing pages for Albelli brands Analysis of customer comments and suggestion of improvements for our campaigns Implementation and analysis of A/B tests Collect and report information from competitors (competitive intelligence) Support on CRM-related projects (large CRM tool migration project in particular) Qualifications we'd like to see Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Preference for a web marketing specialty or prior experience in digital marketing Equipped with a strong analytical mind, structured and able to manage tight deadlines. In addition, you are rigorous and autonomous. You have a fluent level of English to communicate daily, written and orally, with team members as well as the rest of the group's international teams.
