We have 21 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, and Brest in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece; and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring an** IT Systems & Communications Manager** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

**What you will do**:

- ** Lead IT Infrastructure Excellence**: Drive the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of robust IT systems, ensuring top-tier performance, security, and scalability across servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
- **Enhance Communication Systems**: Manage and innovate our communication platforms (VoIP, video conferencing, messaging tools) to foster seamless collaboration and boost productivity across teams.
- **Inspire and Mentor**: Lead a talented IT team, providing mentorship and guidance while promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- **Drive Strategic Projects**: Oversee high-impact IT projects, from system upgrades to new integrations, ensuring they are completed on-time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- **Champion Security and Compliance**: Safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure by implementing proactive security protocols, staying ahead of emerging threats, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- **Elevate Performance with Data**: Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), track system efficiency, and provide insightful reporting to senior leadership, continuously improving our tech solutions.
- **Optimize Resources and Costs**: Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient allocation of resources, while continuously exploring innovative ways to maximize ROI.

**What you will need**:

- Proven experience managing communications and infrastructures, preferably in

the middle or big company.
- Knowledge of public cloud technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft

Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc).
- Knowledge of network designs, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls and security

protocols.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practises is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
