Familiarity with high-performance data storage platforms (e.g., Isilon, NAS/SAN systems). Experience with monitoring systems for infrastructure and storage. Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues (Linux, Windows, macOS, office applications, etc.). Experience working with Linux server, Docker containers, and basic orchestration systems (e.g., SLURM). Performing system updates, data backups, and recovery (on‑premise/cloud). Some understanding of basic security measures (antivirus, firewalls, access policies, etc.). Basic scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python), with minimal coding capability for task automation or troubleshooting. Pluses: Familiarity with scientific tools: Conda, R packages, RStudio Server. Experience using tools like VS Code, Git, monitoring platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus). Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). They offer: Hybrid work: remotely up to 3 days per week, depending on project needs and coordination with the team. 2 days/week at their offices located in Barcelona (Postal Code: 08005). Monday to Friday, from 8:00/9:00 to 17:00/18:00 with a 1‑hour lunch break. There is flexibility on start and end times, as well as for short absences or personal matters, as long as coordination with the team is maintained and service continuity is ensured.
