Currently, Forcontact offers services through 8 operating structures across Europe, with more than 800 employees, from where it manages the Customer Service for prestigious brands in more than 20 languages.
**What do you need to be an excellent system administrator?**
Experience working on data center systems (servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms.
Good knowledge of server administration tasks, including user/group management, security permissions, group policies, print services, investigation of event log warnings and errors, resource monitoring, iis, wsus.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Perform maintenance, upgrades and configuration
- Create and update internal infrastructure documents including diagrams
- Secure systems by enforcing policies and standards
- Maximize performance by monitoring; troubleshooting problems and outages; scheduling upgrades;
- Train users in new, as well as, existing IT systems
- Support latest technology and its implemention
- Provide assistance with technical issues (1 and 2 level support)
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3+ years experience in the same role
- Strong knowdledge of Network fundamentals
- Cisco CCNA, Microsoft and VMware latest certification is a nice to have
- PBX over IP network management fundamentals are required (3CX preferred)
- Solid background VMware vSphere hypervisor managemnt
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active directory domain services (AD; DNS; DHCP; DFS; GPO; CA)
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365, Azure and Teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), or Italian
