**Systems Administrator**

The Systems Administrator is a new role to our job family, that has been created due to our continued growth throughout Europe and the new systems we have, and are, integrating to support this. This role is responsible for **maintaining & managing our software, hardware and networks**, communicating with interdisciplinary teams and users to ensure that our technology infrastructure (Polaris-Replicon, Concur, Asset MGMT Software, etc.,) run smoothly and efficiently. The Systems Administrator will prepare and deliver training and guidance to users and stakeholders in the compliant and standard use of our systems, software and hardware as well as tracking training levels among the team.
The Systems Administrator will work with their Operations Management Team colleagues to ensure that our systems meet our business and project requirements and add value in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the business.
**Responsibilities**
Day to day management and administration of an electronic time management system (TMS) including implementing system changes, monitoring and controlling data input, output, system reports, troubleshooting, and debugging;
- Liaising, supporting, and communicating with users, stakeholders, and support
- Reporting on System Performance and Issues
- Identifying areas for improvement; Problem Solving bugs, issues & anomalies
- Adjusting and maintaining systems to suit users and business requirements (settings, parameters, etc.)
- Requesting and collating feedback and deriving actions necessary
- Participation in project and team meetings
- Production and delivery of training material: guides, tutorials & manuals
- Coordinate hardware distribution, set-up & troubleshooting.
- Support and administrate integration of the TMS with other business software (imports/exports)
**Your knowledge and experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a European business
- Detailed understanding of either (or wishful thinking all of) Polaris-Replicon, Concur, Asset MGMT Software
- Experience in coaching and developing teams through a company-wide implementation change, integration of systems, and ongoing support of systems
- A proven ability to design and deliver training to a diverse team throughout Europe
