Are you passionate about aviation and possess a strong background in IT? A prominent player in the airline industry are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of AMOS System Administrator within our esteemed Maintenance Department.
**Position Overview**:
As an integral part of our team, you will directly report to the Technical Services Manager and assume responsibility for the AMOS System, a cutting-edge Swiss Aviation software. Your role will encompass a range of exciting and crucial tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate data transfer, import/export processes, and system interfaces.
- Conduct regular maintenance and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Lead the implementation of AMOS projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and integrity of data through continuous control.
- Collaborate with the Training department as required.
- Spearhead the development of future implementations for new modules.
- Take charge of AMOS updates and coordinate with IT for database maintenance.
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- Aerospace Engineering Degree, IT Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven working experience in IT departments or related fields.
- Previous experience as an AMOS administrator or super-user is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills with a strong knowledge of databases; SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
- Effective team player with the capacity to work autonomously.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail.
- Clean criminal record and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work on shifts.
