**Job Title: Hybrid German Technical Support Specialist**

**Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)**

**Position Overview**:
As a Hybrid German Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our German-speaking customers receive outstanding technical assistance. This position is based in our vibrant Barcelona office, with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. If you are passionate about technology, and customer service, and have excellent communication skills in German, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Technical Support**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products or services.

**2. Customer Communication**:

- Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations through outstanding service.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer interactions.

**4. Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

**5. Training**:

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in German (spoken and written) with a strong command of English.
- Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
