**From MCR International Division of Solo Solo Talento**, we are collaborating with an **important company in the cosmetics and luxury products sector**, with international scope, **looking for a global supply planner**.

**Position Mission**

The Global Supply Chain Planner person will boost the department by taking the responsibilities of the follow up with the logistics providers, warehouse and financial department.

**Main Tasks & Duties**
- Control of the relation with the provider for logistics
- Negotiation, control and follow up of the special logistics’ demands
- Invoicing revision (carrier + warehouse) and analysis of the cost.
- Follow up and control for carrier’s incidents
- Follow up product complaints & quality
- Execute good receipt and inventory movement transactions required to ensure cross system inventory placement / inventory accuracy. Daily, or weekly, material reconciliation process.
- Monthly invoicing and control of the closure all our intercompany societies.
- Inventories and control of the pricing issues

**Competencies**
- Passion for numbers, being comfortable working with data
- Ability to provide conclusion and recommendations based on data
- Improvement mindset: proactive in developing ideas to improve processes/solve problems
- Excellent teamwork skills, including the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-department

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineer
- Experience (2 years) in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service or a similar role
- Fluent in English
