El centre de Girona actua com un hub clau que integra Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, Sustainability, HR, IT i Finance, en un entorn internacional i col·laboratiu.Funcions principals :Definició i manteniment del model corporatiu de processos de Supply Chain en l’ERP (D365 FO o altres sistemes corporatius).Recollida de necessitats als diferents centres i disseny de solucions conjuntament amb l’equip IT.Suport en projectes globals d’implementació i roll‑out del sistema ERP.Garantir l’homogeneïtzació dels processos entre plantes i vetllar pel compliment del core model.Realitzar formacions, tallers i sessions de best practices amb els equips de Supply Chain.Liderar proves de sistema (testing) i validar processos en implementacions i retrofits.Revisar i avaluar peticions de canvi tenint en compte riscos i beneficis end‑to‑end.Monitorar KPI de procés i impulsar accions de millora contínua.Fomentar la col·laboració entre plantes i actuar com a punt de referència global en processos SCM.S’ofereix :Incorporació a una empresa multinacional consolidada i en creixement.Projectes globals amb impacte directe en l’organització.Entorn internacional, col·laboratiu i amb cultura d’innovació.Desenvolupament professional i possibilitats reals de creixement.Retribució en funció de l'experiència.Requisits :Formació universitària en enginyeria, ADE o similar.Valorable formació en project management.Experiència prèvia en entorn industrial o de manufactura.Coneixement i experiència en processos de Supply Chain en entorns ERP; es valorarà coneixement de Microsoft D365 FO.Capacitat per analitzar processos, resoldre problemes i definir solucions eficients.Bones habilitats de comunicació i relació interpersonal en entorn multicultural, habilitats resolutives i processos de millora contínua. xsgfvud Experiència liderant projectes o processos de canvi.Anglès fluït, B2 / C1.#J-18808-Ljbffr
