Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for Santander Alternative Investment

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Financial Planning & Analysis Manager **you will **be **responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis for the Alternative investment business.**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Prepare financial plans for the new businesses (launch of new strategies/funds, new subsidiaries, new seed capital request, new commercial agreements )
- Monitor profitability by funds, with special focus on funds with deployed seeding (RWAs, capital contribution)
- Prepare and monitor 3-years Plan (P-XX), Budget and Forecasts on demand, including the principal investment returns
- Design and implement a MIS dashboard: Elaborate, control and analyze the Managerial information, including AuMs and fees by client segment and by strategy/fund, profitability, RwAs and capital consumption, deviations vs plan.
- Elaborate monthly MIS reporting: prepare and submit the managerial reporting templates required by SAM Global Finance (SRAM, MBR )
- Provide support, review and analysis for presentations to Management, Investment Forum, Boardon demand

EXPERIENCE

+8 years’ experience in Financial planning and/or business development in Asset management industry

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel and PPT
- English: Advanced
- Experience in SAP accounting package (desirable)
