This is a full-time on-site role based in Madrid for a Financial Controller / FP&A professional. The responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will also perform financial planning and analysis, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making. Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to support business decision-making
Proven experience with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
Fluent English is required.
