Right now, we are looking for a
**Financial Planning & Analysis Lead** to join our team at Globant
- You will get the chance to:_
- Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
- Make an impact. Work in large-scale projects globally.
- Work with our leaders, aligning the strategies to the company hierarchy, the personnel infrastructure and the way Globers grow in the organization.
- Coordinate the financial closing on a monthly basis in coordination with other finance teams.
- Analyze financial indicators for the company with a full P&L responsibility.
- Lead the financial reporting to the management team and other areas of the organization.
- Lead the Annual Budget Process and the Monthly Forecasting for the Region.
- Review achievement results comparing Actuals vs Budgets.
- Improve internal processes and tools to automate manual work.

- Advanced Office Package skills, especially Excel/Google Spreadsheets and PPT/Google Slides.
- Effective presentation & written communication skills.
- Being a graduate professional in fields of Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Microstrategy/PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent English skills (upper-intermediate / advanced).
