We are looking for Swedish, Danish, Dutch, and Lithuanian Sales Agents to sell loan products to existing and/or former business clients.
Your task is to offer flexible financial products to local businesses in your respective country and in your native language.
You will contact business decision-makers through a cloud-based calling system and offer them funding solutions.
The work will start remotely but after the probationary period you will be working from our office in Fuengirola, Spain.
Preference will be given to people with the readiness and desire to move to Spain after the probationary period. If you are already in Spain you may of course start to work immediately from the office.
It is certainly a big bonus if you have experience in the financial sector (sale of loans/insurance, etc.), although experience in telesales is even more important, especially in business-to-business trade. We are looking for ready-made sellers who can make a profit right from the first week.
A basic salesperson earns easily at least 3000€ per month. However, we are looking for people who want to make a lot more than that. The minimum salary should be no less than 3000€ when the basic sales goals are met. The work is independent in nature, but you will work as part of an international team and receive daily sparring according to your needs.

What do we require?
- Swedish, Danish, Dutch or Lithuanian as a native language, both in written and spoken form. The company language is English and it has to be at a fluent level.
- Previous B2B telesales experience is a must.
- Accurate, careful, and proactive approach
- Ability to work as a team despite the independent nature of the work
- Sales and goal-orientated mindset
- Healthy greed to earn 'as much as possible'
- A fearless and unyielding attitude
- A computer/headset combination and an adequate internet connection
- Willingness to move to Spain after the probationary period (1-2 months)
Important
- The job is done over a cloud-based calling system from your home, later from our office in Fuengirola, Spain
- Only B2B sales by calling business decision-makers
- The job is full-time; 7,5hr per day, 5 days a week
- The salary consists of a base salary + commission. The majority of the salary should come from the sales commission.
- As a rule of thumb you could say that, if the worker’s salary is less than 3000€, it is reasonable to assume that the employee is not suitable for the position.
Work will begin as soon as possible, according to a separate agreement. Recruitment is open until suitable people have been found.
