- **Descripción**: We are currently looking to recruit an Early Years Learning Support Assistant who will support pupils, teachers and school to guide learning in the Early Years Department to the highest possible standard. Working together with teaching and coordination staff, the Learning Support Assistant will ensure the safety and welfare of all EY pupils, will carry out planned activities and duties that will ensure all pupils receive rich and stimulating learning experiences, meeting their individual needs, and supporting their inclusion in all aspects of school life.
The English Centre is a co-educational, independent school with two form entry and runs from 2 to 18. Early Years follows the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework which has been adapted to meet our pupils’ needs.
Our aim is to produce healthy well-balanced pupils who reach their full potential. This is carried out in a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to participate fully in all areas of school life and acquire a lifelong love of learning.

An enthusiastic, flexible and caring person, committed to working with younger pupils
A Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or equivalent is desirable
Preferably with experience working in an Early Years setting. Familiarity or experience with the EYFS is considered an advantage
A high standard of spoken English
A good communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
A well-organised and proactive person, who assumes responsibilities, and if necessary, has the ability to lead and motivate others in particular aspects of the provision
Qualified to work in Europe.
