**Job Description**:
You will be part of our Global Mobility Tax team and will learn the International and local tax dispositions linked to the workers who moved from Spain to abroad or moved to Spain from abroad.
As Tax Senior Associate you will have an opportunity to be responsible for:
- Giving tax advice related to Personal Income Tax and Non Tax residents Income Tax, analyse tax residency status.
- Manage tax briefings (both in Spanish and English).
- Prepare/ Review Spanish tax returns.
- Prepare/review written to reply Spanish tax authorities.
- Run calculations, estimation (gross to net and net to gross), tax credits etc.
- Analyse inbound regime eligibility.
- Day by day advise clients on Global Mobility topics (assignment, business travellers, remote working...)
- Manage the biggest Global Mobility policy, equity plan, etc.
- Manage the relationship with the Spanish tax authority.
You will operate as a bridge between the individual, the company and the tax authorities. You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities, both inside and outside our newly established organization. You will become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.
**Qualifications**:
- More than 3 years of experience in the Tax Global Mobility area (expatriates inbounds and outbounds)
- Degree in ADE, Economics, Double degree Law + ADE, Law, MA in Taxation, or similar
- Advanced English level.
- Availability of immediate incorporation.
