Junior Product Owner (Internship) en hibrido.

We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our team. As a Junior Product Owner you will play a vital role in helping to shape and drive the development of our products.
Tareas
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers designers and stakeholders to define product features and requirements.
- Create and maintain clear concise product documentation using Coda
- Work closely with our dev team to make sure everyone s on the same page.
- Use prototyping and wireframing tools to translate product needs into clear actionable designs.
- Support the execution of product launch plans and marketing strategies.
- Assist in translating user needs and business objectives into viable product tasks. Define hypotheses and validate experiments.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the product backlog.
- Actively participate in Agile methodologies such as sprint planning backlog preparation and retrospectives to keep things moving smoothly.
- Assist in prioritizing and sequencing product features based on business value and customer impact. Gather and analyze user feedback to find ways we can improve and innovate.
- Assist in documenting and communicating product requirements and user stories.
- Monitor and analyze product metrics and reports to identify areas of improvement. Dive into market research and competitor analysis to keep us ahead of the game.
- Management of JIRA project tracking software.

**Requisitos**:

- Currently studying or recently finished a degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or something similar.
- Familiarity with Jira for task and project management and Coda for documentation is a big plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
- Eager to learn and adapt with a strong interest in product management and technology.
- You must be able to work in the Barcelona area
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages.

- Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 1pm.
- Hybrid internship paid with 500 gross per month.
- Career plan expanding responsibilities schedule and salary after several months (6 months approximately) with high possibility of offering an employment contract.
