At Kantox, we are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our amazing Product Team and hold an important role in the organization

In this role, you will be part of Kantox's product vision, which is established by its founders.

This high-level vision requires the product team to translate it into product requirements and prioritise features in close collaboration with the engineering team and various stakeholders, ensuring that product features are implemented correctly.

**Role**

As a Junior Product Owner, you will support the existing team while learning about our products, development processes, and company culture. The role is cross-projects, so you will interact with several stakeholders, but you will mainly focus on 1/ our flagship product, Kantox Dynamic Hedging®, by working closely with its product owner and learn about its development processes, 2/ create or improve the existing documentations and 3/ manage the specifications for Power BI dashboards for current and future clients by working with internal teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Learn about our products and development processes, by shadowing and supporting the existing team
- Work closely with the product owner on Kantox Dynamic Hedging®
- Ownership of the PowerBI dashboard projects, working with internal teams such as Customer Success and BI
- Develop and maintain product documentation
- Communicate and train users on new features

**Who you are**:

- Project management skills
- Familiar with PowerBi or similar dashboarding tool
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Curious
- Fast learner

**Bonus points if**:

- You have an interest for Fintech
- Product experience
- Knowledgeable about FX and trading
- Experience in a treasury department
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Familiar with JIRA/Confluence
