We are looking for a motivated and organised Finance Trainee to support the administrative and accounting tasks in the accounts payable area, working closely with our Senior Accounts Payable.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
Registration and accounting verification of supplier invoices.
Documentary management (digital and physical archive).
Preparation of payment remittances.
Control of maturities and bank reconciliations.
Support in the preparation of tax documentation (VAT, IRPF).
Collaboration in tasks related to treasury management.
Additional administrative tasks of the department.
**Backup of our Senior Accounts Payable Your profile**:
Higher Vocational Training in Finance or university degree in ADE, Economics, Finance or similar, with the possibility of a one-year internship agreement.
Advanced Excel.
Basic knowledge of taxation.
**Languages**: Spanish, Catalan and English
