**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Joining a young and dynamic team, you will undertake the following tasks:
**_ Client Onboarding_**
- Follow with the compliance and front-office department the onboarding requests.
- Ensure all the contracts (FIA TECH / DOCS GUA for example) are properly managed.

**_ Trade Processing: _**
- Ensure timely and accurate booking of trades on listed derivatives markets.
- Ensure timely and accurate clearing of the trades by chasing both clients and clearers.

**_ Trade Reconciliation: _**
- Perform daily trade reconciliation between internal systems and exchanges to identify and resolve discrepancies.

**_ Collateral Management: _**
- Monitor and manage collateral requirements for derivative positions.

**_ Risk Management:_**
- Assist in monitoring and managing operational risks linked to trading activities, including margin calls and settlement risks.

**_ Regulatory Compliance:_**
- Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, including MiFID, EMIR, and exchange-specific rules.

**_ Client and Counterparty Interaction: _**
- Liaise with clearing houses, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve trade breaks and operational issues.

**_ Reporting:_**
- Provide daily and monthly reports on trade activity, positions, and risk exposure.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in Middle Office or Back Office within listed derivatives environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail ;
- Interest in financial products and markets ;
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office (Excel) ;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- French proficiency is a plus ;
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
