ABOUT THE JOB:

Joining a young and dynamic team, you will undertake the following tasks:

Client Onboarding

  • Follow with the compliance and front-office department the onboarding requests.
  • Ensure all the contracts (FIA TECH / DOCS GUA for example) are properly managed.

Trade Processing:

  • Ensure timely and accurate booking of trades on listed derivatives markets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate clearing of the trades by chasing both clients and clearers.

Trade Reconciliation:

  • Perform daily trade reconciliation between internal systems and exchanges to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Collateral Management:

  • Monitor and manage collateral requirements for derivative positions.

Risk Management:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing operational risks linked to trading activities, including margin calls and settlement risks.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, including MiFID, EMIR, and exchange-specific rules.

Client and Counterparty Interaction:

  • Liaise with clearing houses, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve trade breaks and operational issues.

Reporting:

  • Provide daily and monthly reports on trade activity, positions, and risk exposure.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Middle Office or Back Office within listed derivatives environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail ;
  • Interest in financial products and markets ;
  • Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office (Excel) ;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • French proficiency is a plus ;
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
