**ABOUT THE JOB**:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our young and dynamic team as a Billing Officer. In this role, you will oversee billing activities across a wide range of key business lines within the organization, including:

- Equity Research
- Equities: CSA and Rebate Management
- Derivatives
- Structured Products
- Corporate Finance

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Billing Management: Efficiently processing billing tasks, including invoice creation, payment requests, and debt recovery.
- Revenue Collection & Follow-Up: Overseeing revenue collection and following up to ensure timely payments.
- Production of Aged Balances: Analyzing aged balances to track overdue debts and coordinate payment recovery.
- Reconciliation & Billing: Reconciling invoices with banks, managing credits, and resolving discrepancies with clients and accounting.
- Analysis & Reporting: Generating and reviewing aged debt reports, updating clients, and ensuring timely payments with sales and management.
- Escalation Management: Managing escalations to ensure smooth debt collection.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS**:
Please ensure that you have all the legal documents required to work in the country before applying.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail ;
Interest in financial products and markets ;
Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office (Excel) ;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus ;
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
