STALICLA is an international and fast-growing biopharmaceutical company on a mission to
build a new therapeutic space for patients with disorders of the developing brain.
As the company is rapidly scaling, STALICLA is looking to recruit an agile Office Manager to
support the next stages of the company’s development.
**Office Manager**
Permanent Position - Full/Part Time (TBD) - World Trade Center, Barcelona
**The role**
The Office Manager will work closely with the other members of the STALICLA Discovery and
Data Science unit to ensure the swift operation of the unit. The team consists of members
with interdisciplinary backgrounds including biomedical data analysis, computational biology
and software development, working on the development of a first-in-class precision medicine
platform using systems biology, machine learning & statistical modeling to accelerate drug
development for patients with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs). S/he will report to the
head of the unit and will coordinate with the team in day-to-day operational activities. S/he
will be in charge of ensuring smooth business activities, playing a proactive role in different
administrative, financial and HR related tasks.
**Your responsibilities**
- Organize the facilities, manage logistics, organize internal/external meetings, oversee
needs, identify / communicate with service providers & suppliers
- Coordinate with local fiduciary, CFO and head of HR on bookkeeping and HR tasks
preparation of contracts, vacation tracking, organization of social activities, etc.
- Communicate & coordinate administration with STALICLA headquarters
- Manage and document the organization of file and document storage systems of
under the supervision of the head of the unit
- Administer internal procedural, technical and safety documentation and monitor its
team-wide adoption and implementation
- Implement standard procedures and guidelines, management of internal resources
- Support team members in coordination of paperwork related to projects involving
interactions with 3rd parties

**Your profile**
- Degree in public administration (or in a related field) or equivalent experience in
industry
- Minimum 2 years of office administration / management experience
- Problem solving attitude, excellent organizational and communication skills (fully
fluent business English and Spanish mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, reporting skills
- Demonstrable experience with office & productivity software (MS Office, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Teams and/or equivalent)
- Experience in use of HR and project management software (such as Timeoff, Wrike or
equivalent)
- Knowledge on graphical design and IT system admin tasks is a plus
- A high comfort level working in a high paced start-up environment, where a pragmatic,
resourceful, well organized, and effective approach is required with limited resources
- A passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic personality that will ensure commitment to
the company and its vision
